Mr Hyde is a leading international advisor for national land administration projects. He has worked ten years in Central Asia. Mr Hyde maintains offices in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Australia. He has successfully implemented land administration projects in Peru, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Sri Lanka and Uzbekistan. Mr Hyde was the leading technical adviser to the Peru International Committee for Land Reform for over 5 years. He worked in the Government sector for over ten years, initially as an Assistant Registrar for land and property in Queensland (Australia) with responsibilities for first registration of land and property and later as the Inaugural Surveyor General for Australian Capital Territory with responsibilities for surveying and mapping standards together with the registration of Cadastral Surveyors. In the Australian Capital Territory Mr Hyde was also responsible for the Land Information office where he was responsible for the first survey accurate LIS / GIS in Australia. Mr. Hyde has over thirty years of work experience in the private sector. His experience includes undertaking comprehensive range of topographical, engineering and cadastral surveying and mapping projects for National Government and State Government Departments for Local Governments and private sector clients. For mining industry ventures in Australia, Mr Hyde provided survey, mapping and land tenure advice for the site selection, design and construction of 8 new towns. Mr Hyde has been in land and property surveying, mapping, development, re-development and registration for over forty four years.
