Dinmuhammad Orazimbetov, Real Estate Research Associate

Before joining ECM Mr. Orazimbetov held executive positions at Uzbekistan Stock Exchange "Toshkent" and Uzbek Commodity Exchange. He holds Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in the USA and Distinctive Bachelor's degree in Finance from Ashcroft International Business School, University of Ruskin in UK. Dinmuhammad speaks fluent Uzbek, English, Russian and Kazakh languages.

 

Sardor Koshnazarov, Chief Economist, Quantitative Risk Manager and Investment Committee member

Before joining ECM Mr. Koshnazarov worked as an Economist at UNDP’s “Business Forum of Uzbekistan” Project and co-authored the major reference for international investments in Uzbekistan. He was a Head of Financial and Balance of Payments Department at the Ministry of Economy of Uzbekistan. Mr. Koshnazarov holds a Master’s degree in International Finance at Westminster University in London, Bachelor’s degree in International Economics at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) and qualifications in Advanced Mathematics. Sardor Koshnazarov speaks fluent Uzbek, English and Russian, has basic skills in Japanese.

 

Alijon Ravshanov, Oil, gas, mining and power industry Investment Manager

Concurrently with his work at ECM, Alijon Ravshanov teaches at one of the top business schools in Tashkent. Before joining ECM Alijon Ravshanov was in charge of feasibility studies at the main Uzbek state engineering company “UzTjazhNefteGazKhimProjekt”. He was a Credit Manager at Uzbek subsidiary of U.S.-based FINCA International Inc. - one of the major micro-lending institutions across developing countries. Mr. Ravshanov was a Head of Information and Analysis Department at Foreign Investment Agency in Uzbekistan. He holds a Master of Science in Economics/Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in USA and Bachelor in International Economics from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED). Alijon Ravshanov speaks fluent Uzbek, English and Russian.

 

Temuulin Enkhmunkh, is an Investment Manager at Eurasia Capital Mongolia

Mr Enkhmunkh has an important role of building a team of professionals in Ulaanbaatar focusing on investments across three asset classes (public equities, property and private equity).  Mr.Enkhmunkh holds B.A. (Hons) in International Law  from Kiev Institute of International Relations, B.A. (Hons) in Accounting  from University of Wales and MBA in Financial Management from International University of America (London). Over the last year worked for Frontier Securities as a Broker originating various investment projects and promoting them for Initial Public Offerings at HKSE. Mr.Enkhmunkh speaks fluent Mongolian, English and Russian.

 

Artem Klimenko, Corporate Counsel and Legal Risk Manager

Concurrently with his work at ECM, he acts as Deputy Chairman of the Arbitration court and of the Commission on selection candidates in arbitrators of the Arbitration court at Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan. Before joining ECM Team Mr. Klimenko worked at Juridical Expertise and Legal Support of Entrepreneurs Department at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan. He participated in drafting more than 30 legislative acts concerning the interests of entrepreneurs in the fields of taxation, customs, dispute resolution, investment, corporate law and legal defending of entrepreneurs, worked as a National Consultant at UNDP’s Project and as a Local Expert at OSCE’s Project in Uzbekistan. Artem Klimenko graduated from Tashkent Law College and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Tashkent State Institute of Law. He speaks fluent English and Russian.

 

Bekzod Kasimov , Telecom, media and technology Investment Research Analyst

Before joining ECM he worked as Financial Manager at Tashkent office of TNT International Express. Mr. Kasimov holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics and Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from National University of Uzbekistan. Bekzod Kasimov speaks fluent Uzbek, English and Russian and has strong abilities in Swedish.

 

Sherzod Rakhimov , Banking and retail sector Research Analyst

Before joining ECM Mr. Rakhimov worked as a Senior loan officer at the Project Financing Center of the National Bank of Uzbekistan. He holds a Master of Science in banking and finance from Loughborough University in UK and Bachelor’s degree in banking from Tashkent Financial University. Sherzod Rakhimov speaks fluent Uzbek, English, Russian and Turkish.

 

Timur Sarimsakov, Property sector Research Analyst

He is responsible for implementing real estate market analysis, supporting and monitoring investment projects. Before joining ECM he worked as a Manager at the International Business Center - the largest professional office services management company in Uzbekistan. He was formerly a specialist at Strategy Department in German brokerage company Consors AG, Branch Analyst at Uzbek State Textile Industry Association. Mr. Sarimsakov graduated from Georg-Simon-Ohm University in Nuremberg (Germany) with major in International Finance and passed two year study of International Finance at the Tashkent State Economic University. Timur Sarimsakov speaks fluent Uzbek, English, German and Russian.

 

Bahadir Uskenbaev, Analyst

Mr.Uskenbayev started his career as a Leading Specialist at the Loan Department of Industrial Bank of Uzbekistan. He was a Lecturer at Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics and Kazakh Academy of Transport and Telecommunications as well as Commercial Derector of Golden Wing LLP based in Astana. Mr. Uskenbayev holds a Master's Degree in Economic Science and Bachelor's Degree in Informations Systems in Economics from Tashkent State Economic University. He speaks fluent Kazakh, Uzbek, Russian and English.

 

 

Ulugbek Azamov, Private Equity Analyst

Before joining ECM, Mr. Azamov worked as an Assistant Senior Research Coordinator in the Center for Economic Research, leading think-tank providing policy advice to the Government of Uzbekistan and conducting research in the sphere of socio-economic development. He has extensive experience in tourism and hospitality industry having worked in various management positions within National Company “Uzbektourism”. He has also worked as a Director of UNWTO Silk Road Office in Samarkand, starting up new organization responsible for implementation of UNWTO Silk Road Project. Mr. Azamov holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management at University Surrey in United Kingdom. Ulugbek Azamov speaks fluent Uzbek, English, Turkish and Russian, has basic skills in Spanish.

 

Akmal Aminov, Research Analyst

He has obtained Master of Art in International Development with concentration in Economics from International University of Japan. Mr. Aminov holds Bachelor’s degree in banking from Tashkent Financial University. He has worked for State Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Asaka” as a Specialist at the division named “Micro-financing through the credit line of ADB” within the Department of “Credit Administration”. Akmal Aminov speaks fluent Uzbek, English, Japanese, Russian and Tajik languages.

 

Kozimjon Muminov, Specialist in construction and engineering

He worked as a real estate and construction specialist at “Unitel” - the Russian “Vimpelcom” owned cellular company in Uzbekistan. He worked as technical specialist at “Uzme’morqurilishloyiha”. He also worked as engineer at “Intermaxsusqurilish” – project construction company that enjoys a solid reputation in Uzbekistan. Mr.Muminov holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Tashkent Architecture and Construction Institute and Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Tashkent State Oriental Studies Institute.
